Refund policy
ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of editions and products, all sales are final & we do not accept returns. We do not condone the use of bots for online sales. Any editions purchased with bots will be canceled at our discretion. Please note it can take up to three (3) weeks for an edition to ship. We may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion. If we decide to issue a refund for a damaged edition or product, it will be issued once the shipping carrier resolves the claims case and notifies us that it has been closed. We are not able to issue refunds after 30 days from delivery date. Please note refunds for customs duties and VAT fees will need to be handled by the customs office of the importing country.
